1. No white edge on the upper layer
Normal frontal cutting will squeeze and crack the liner, leaving obvious white edges on dark label backing paper after laser cutting. There will be zero white edge on the upper layer with our Digital Laser Die Cutting System.
2. No scoring dies on the lower layer
Exclusive laser processing technology delivers distinctive cutting results. There will be zero scoring dies on the lower layer with our Digital Laser Die Cutting System.
3. Flexible editable back-cut patterns without custom dies
Straight lines, dotted lines, broken lines, segmented slits and irregular curved back slits are all available by editing digital files directly. No need to manufacture dedicated back-cutting blades or molds, which saves tooling costs and shortens lead time for customized peel-off structures.
4. Neat sealed liner edges
Laser heat seals the cut edge of release liner to stop paper layer curling. The liner remains complete during rewinding and subsequent manual peeling, reducing breakdowns and improving yield in post-processes.
5. Quick pattern switching with no machine downtime
Modify the back-slitting path via software directly when switching orders. There is no requirement to replace blades, adjust fixtures or reposition molds, which is highly suitable for multi-style customized label orders.
6. Accurate digital depth control
Laser energy is precisely tuned to make a die-cut on the peeled-off adhesive layer. To guarantee long-term stable service life of the equipment, accurate laser power regulation is required to prevent excessive laser energy from damaging the worktable surface.
