Model: LC800
Features:
1. High flexibility: flexible layout planning based on products’ processing.
2. Diversified positioning methods: MARK Point positioning cut & Bar-code reading to auto change cutting graphics.
3. Multi-laser-station design: customizable multi-laser to fulfill complex processes.
4. Ultra-diverse processing: die-cutting, kiss-cutting, full-cutting, scoring, perforating, micro-perforating, engraving, laminating, matrix-removal, stacking, etc.
5. High throughput: 60m/min high-speed with multi laser stations.
The Multi-Station Laser Die Cutting System is designed for production environments that require more than one laser operation within a single, integrated workflow. It is equipped with a minimum of two independent laser stations, allowing it to satisfy diverse processing requirements on one platform. Each station undertakes separate tasks and performs a distinct machining process, giving each operation dedicated laser capability and greater flexibility in production planning.
Because multiple independent laser stations can be combined in one system, this model is capable of accomplishing highly complex, multi-step processing workflows. It enables different laser processes to be carried out in a coordinated way, reducing the need to move jobs between separate machines and helping to streamline the overall production process.
If you intend to avoid purchasing multiple separate machines to handle all cutting procedures in your production line, this all-in-one laser die cutter will be an ideal choice. It brings multi-station laser processing into a single, space-saving solution, helping users improve efficiency, simplify operation, and handle more demanding jobs with confidence.

1. Greatly boost complicated and mass production
Multiple laser stations process the material in parallel instead of finishing all procedures by one single laser station. The overall processing efficiency is drastically improved, allowing more complex for large-batch manufacturing.

2. One-pass integrated processing
Combined complex crafts including surface die-cutting, liner back full-cutting, and micro-perforating are all finished inline in one go. No extra offline secondary equipment is needed, saving labor, and reducing material handling loss.

3. Longer service life with split workload
Processing load is shared across multi laser stations instead of long-time continuous high-load operation on a single laser source. The working fatigue of laser tubes and optical components is effectively reduced, extending the whole machine’s service life and lowering long-term maintenance frequency and costs.

4. Modular expandable laser station layout
The machine adopts a modular design. Customers can start with dual laser stations and add extra laser heads later as business expands, no need to replace the whole equipment to upgrade production capacity.

5. Separate dust & fume extraction system for each laser station
Each laser station is equipped with an independent smoke filtration unit. Fumes generated from processing is extracted separately, preventing cross-contamination between different processes and keeping cutting edges clean.

6. Dual or multi independent laser stations for simultaneous multi-process work
The machine is fitted with at least two separate laser stations that run synchronously without interfering with each other. It can complete different processing steps in one single roll pass, such as front kiss cutting, liner back releasing, lamination and full cutting at one machine. This eliminates repeated material feeding and greatly shortens production cycle time.
Golden Laser Multi-station Laser Die Cutters are primarily engineered to handle sophisticated cutting workflows, making it the ideal solution for customers with complex multi-step processing requirements.
