It easily processes intricate contours, tiny holes, dense hollow patterns and easy-tear lines that traditional dies cannot achieve. The cutting tolerance stays highly stable, supporting both full through cutting and adjustable kiss cutting to only slice the top layer without damaging release liner.
Without mechanical pressure from blades, thin films, adhesive tapes and some other composites won’t stretch, wrinkle or indent. Laser processing is fully digital: import design files directly to start cutting instantly, completely eliminating die fabrication, sharpening and replacement costs.
Laser heat seals edges to prevent material layers delamination, leaving clean cuts with no glue overflow or residual adhesive stuck on tooling parts. Laser beam has no abrasion issue, maintaining identical cutting effect throughout continuous one-by-one processing.
Switch between different graphics simply by modifying digital files, no die mounting, positioning or machine readjustment needed.
